I visited the Miracle Lounge at Bangkok Airport on my stopover to Bali from Montreal. Note: I visited prior to Covid so things may have changed a bit since then.
I had just flown on Thai Airways’ Airbus A380 and that flight was whisper quiet and very comfortable although I always wear my Sony Noise Cancelling Headphones as they do an excellent job at tuning out the engine rumble. No complains about the food and the service either.
I arrived at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport early in the morning and I had some time to kill on before my flight to Bali. I don’t think there were many departing flights because the lounge was empty. I did not see any other customers using the lounge.
The interior looked very modern, with beautiful decor and plenty of seating areas. The book shelves on the wall were a nice touch although I don’t know if they were real books you could read.

There are several Miracle Lounges at this airport. This one was located Concourse D near the gates.
Food & Drinks
As I was there early morning, the only food I tasted was for breakfast. There was a selection of snacks/pastries but I did not see full breakfast meals.
I had some pastries, followed by bacon. For my breakfast dessert, I had watermelon with delicious ice cream and a glass of rose. Strange combination but what an awesome breakfast after a long flight and hot shower! (more on the shower later).
The Miracle lounge has a cappuccino machine to get your morning caffeine fix! There is also a bar with a decent selection of spirits. I did not see too much variety in terms of wine or champagne but there were at least some options. I had some rose (they were in the mini fridges on the right in the image above, at the back).
Bathrooms & Shower
This lounge has bathrooms with hot showers. I asked at the front desk for the showers and they sent an attendant to unlock and clean the bathroom before I could use it.
The bathroom was super clean and spacious and they provide you with some travel toiletries essentials along with clean towels.
I took a shower first then had breakfast after freshening up. Eventually it was time to board my flight to Bali. Make sure to leave enough time to get to your gate. This was as short but sweet stay. I liked this lounge and I would definitely visit again. It was so worth it!
